Client Service Associate
Personal Wealth Strategies is a well-established wealth management firm seeking a talented and professional Client Service Associate to join their fast-paced team. The role involves preparing client meeting agendas, documenting client interactions, and providing support to advisors and clients while maintaining records in CRM and portfolio management software. Responsibilities Prepare client meeting agendas, gather client data, and prepare reports Attend and take notes during client meetings Document, track, and execute client meeting tasks, including follow-up with client Maintain records in our CRM (Redtail) and portfolio management software Enter client data into MoneyGuide platform and build preliminary plans under the guidance of the advisors Provide support to the advisors and clients as needed Assist where needed – we are a small team, we cross-train, and we all wear multiple hats Skills 1-3 years of experience in financial planning/investment management Detail oriented and able to manage your own time and tasks Problem solving and resourcefulness “Client Service Plus” work style Experience using Money Guide Pro/eMoney and/or Redtail CRM are a plus, but not required Licenses - Not required at hire but must be willing to obtain Series 7 and Life & Health Benefits Group Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Long Term Disability Insurance Traditional or Roth IRA Paid Time Off Professional Development Assistance Tuition Reimbursement for industry/job related education Work remotely every Friday Company Overview Personal Wealth Strategies is a financial planning and advisory firm.
