Key Responsibilities Maintain and strengthen client relationships by providing required services that address client issues and concerns. Serve as a subject matter expert to drive 340B program advancement opportunities and provide exceptional customer service. Own the end-to-end resolution of client inquiries and issues, demonstrating expertise and providing the highest level of service. Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to request and interpret data streams, communicate business results and trends, and identify areas for improvement. Request client feedback, determine process improvement solutions, and recommend system upgrades to enhance the client experience. Educate clients on reporting changes, guide them through the changes, and analyze client needs to develop more effective reporting. Provide critical support during 340B reviews, participate in the client's review cycle, and offer remote or on-site support. Maintain records of client interactions, document details, complaints, remarks, and actions taken. Develop and foster working relationships with internal stakeholders (IT, Stores, Legal, Sales, etc.) to facilitate functional exchanges of information. Stay up-to-date on the 340B program, continually seeking ways to improve its overall efficiency and attractiveness. Maintain knowledge of the healthcare and pharmacy services industry, using that knowledge to identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve the 340B program. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma and two (2) years of client or account relationship experience. Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues and recommending and implementing solutions. Experience working with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when to escalate issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal (on telephone, one-on-one, and to groups) and written (emails, letters, reports, presentations). Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you should have: A Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of client/customer service experience OR High School Diploma and 2 years of client or account relationship experience. Experience working in a client or account management environment. Experience in the healthcare industry, including 340B, pharmacy, hospital, clinic, or PBM.
