We’re looking for a Client Concierge to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with technology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, respond promptly, and create a positive experience for clients in just a few minutes. Key Responsibilities Respond quickly to new lead opportunities (inbound and outbound) from multiple sources. Engage, qualify, and guide potential clients toward the right next step — whether that’s booking an appointment, starting an application, or connecting them with the appropriate team member. Use our CRM daily to manage and track leads, notes, and follow-up tasks. Represent the team's reputation for ridiculously fast response times and raving fan customer service. Build rapport with prospects, listen to their needs, and guide them toward the appropriate next steps in the loan process. Collaborate with loan officers, marketing, and operations teams to keep leads moving forward. Learn the business of residential mortgages with the opportunity to grow into a sales role.
