ClickUp Expert Needed to Build Customer Retention Workflow (B2B SaaS)
Description: We are a small UK-based software company (3-person team) developing hydraulic calculation software for the fire protection industry. We need an experienced ClickUp consultant to build a structured workflow for our customer retention and win-back process. Scope of Work: •Design and implement a ClickUp List / Folder structure for tracking expired customers through: o QA Check o Past Clients to Contact o Contacted / Outreach Sent o Negotiation o Won / Re-Activated o Lost / No Response • Create custom fields (Licence Expiry, Renewal Probability, Churn Reason, Last Engagement, Notes, etc.) • Apply task templates/checklists aligned with our SOP • Set up automations where possible (status changes, reminders, checklist application) • Ensure the workflow is ready for a remote contractor to manage daily tasks Requirements: • Proven experience designing ClickUp workflows for SaaS or B2B processes • Strong understanding of task automation, custom fields, templates, and dashboards in ClickUp • Ability to document the workflow clearly for a small team • Excellent written English Deliverables: 1. Fully configured ClickUp workspace/folder/list for customer retention 2. Task templates and checklists based on SOP 3. Recommended automations for status transitions, reminders, and notifications 4.
