Clients book 300+ outcome based Support Sessions, work with a dedicated Navigator, and follow a personalized Support Plan. We focus on practical, emotional, legal, and financial guidance. Who We’re Seeking • Civic engagement strategists and community organizers • Volunteer program designers and coalition builders What You Will Do • Deliver Support Sessions on civic engagement and involvement • Provide outcome based guidance aligned to each client’s goals • Partner with Navigators to reflect next steps in the Support Plan What You Bring • 10+ years community organizing or civic strategy with documented outcomes • Nonpartisan, practical approach • Clear communication, simple documentation, cultural competence • Digital ready.
