I handle strategy, growth, partnerships, and sales. You will focus on execution, systems, and team coordination, ensuring the business runs smoothly and can scale without chaos. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and turning ideas into reality. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Building and implementing operational systems and workflows • Coordinating designers, video editors, strategists, media buyers, and technical partners • Hiring, onboarding, and managing freelancers or team members as needed • Turning rough ideas and Loom recordings into clear SOPs and repeatable processes • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and at a high quality standard • Providing clear updates so decisions can be made quickly Who This Role Is For • You enjoy creating order and structure in growing businesses • You’re comfortable taking ownership and working independently • You have experience managing creative and/or technical teams • You care about quality, details, and follow-through • You’re excited by the idea of helping scale a business, not just maintaining one Requirements • Experience in operations, project management, or a similar role (agency experience preferred) • Comfortable using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Jira, etc.) • Strong communication skills in English • Able to work remotely and coordinate across time zones Compensation & Growth • $2,000–$3,500 per month, depending on experience • Performance-based bonuses • Profit share opportunity once the agency reaches $50k/month in revenue How to Apply Send a short message or Loom explaining: • Your relevant experience • A system or process you’ve built or improved in the past Apply tot his job
