Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred). • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, live chat, or helpdesk roles. • Excellent written communication and multitasking skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure. • Tech-savvy with proficiency in chat platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
