Chat Support Specialist I am looking to hire a reliable, fluent English-speaking chat support specialist to manage one-on-one conversations on a subscription-based content platform. This role involves real-time text engagement, maintaining a friendly, and professional tone, and following provided guidelines to support customer engagement and sales. This is a long-term position for someone who is consistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable with conversational sales. ⸻ Schedule (MST – Arizona Time): Applicants must be available for both shifts: • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM MST • 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM MST • 7 days per week (Please apply only if this schedule works for you consistently.) ⸻ Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming messages in real time • Maintain engaging, personalized conversations • Follow tone and engagement guidelines • Track conversations and basic performance metrics • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality ⸻ Requirements: • Fluent / near-native English • Experience with chat-based customer support or sales • Comfortable with friendly conversation • Strong typing skills and attention to detail • Reliable internet connection ⸻ To Apply: Please include: 1.
