Category Leadership Associate Manager, Walmart
About the position The Walmart Category Leadership Associate Manager will be responsible for driving category and Campbell growth and executing Category Management team objectives. This person will build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional internal and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for reporting, tracking, and analyzing data. The Category Leadership Associate Manager will be an expert in data, systems, and tools. They will utilize syndicated and panel data to create clear, accurate, and actionable insights. They will articulate the information using storytelling and strong written and verbal communication. The Category Leadership Associate Manager will maintain item, store, and trait data and attributions in various tools. This position may also be responsible for drawing and reviewing planograms, maintaining traits and trait requests, and setting planograms at the layout center or mod room. Responsibilities • Building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor internally and with Walmart • Advanced reporting and analytics utilizing Scintilla, IRI, Retail Link, Madrid, Power BI, Alteryx, and other tools • Utilizing category and shopper data to develop actionable insights • Expertise in systems and tools • Clear communication of information and actionable insights to cross-functional internal and external stakeholders including leadership and Walmart • Monthly internal newsletter and additional share out communications • Maintaining item and store attribution, user access, and modular traits • Physically resetting planograms at layout center and/or mod room • May include drawing and reviewing planograms and managing trait requests Requirements • Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years industry experience Nice-to-haves • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical and technical skills and experience (Scintilla, Madrid, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, IRI, Retail Link, Prospace/JDA/Blue Yonder) • Accuracy and attention to detail • Problem solving, collaboration, and time management skills • Category, consumer, and shopper knowledge (Kantar, Mintel, etc) • Team player with positive attitude • Self-starter with drive to learn and grow Benefits • Medical, dental, short and long-term disability, AD&D, and life insurance • Matching 401(k) plan with immediate vesting • Unlimited sick time along with paid time off and holiday pay • Free access to the fitness center if in WHQ • Access to on-site day care and company store • Campbell's Cares program matches employee donations and/or volunteer activity up to $1,500 annually • Variety of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support employees Apply tot his job
