Case Manager – Surrogacy & Fertility Health (LMSW/LCSW)

We’re seeking an experienced Licensed Social Worker to join our team as a Surrogacy Journey Case Manager, guiding families, surrogates, and medical partners with compassion, expertise, and professionalism. You’re a Fit If You Have: • Current LMSW or LCSW license (required) • 4+ years’ experience in social work, labor & delivery, or reproductive health (excluding internships) • Experience in surrogacy, adoption, or fertility services is highly preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations • Comfort with digital tools, case management software, and virtual communication • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to support clients in different time zones • Ability to work respectfully with individuals from diverse cultural, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds What You’ll Do: As a Surrogacy Journey Case Manager, you will: • Manage the full surrogacy process – from initial match to postpartum support. • Educate and guide intended parents and surrogates at each stage. • Serve as the primary contact for surrogates, intended parents, clinics, attorneys, and counselors. • Proactively communicate to address questions, resolve challenges, and keep everyone informed. • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards. • Collaborate with internal team members to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
