What You’ll Do As a Capital Raising Specialist, you'll work on behalf of our clients to manage and guide relationships with potential investors — helping them gain confidence, stay informed, and make their investment decisions. You’ll be at the frontlines of our mission: enabling capital flow and client success. • Represent our clients in managing inbound investor engagement. • Serve as a trusted point of contact for prospective investors — answering questions, providing materials, and addressing concerns. • Guide investors through the journey from first contact to committed capital. • Use our proprietary capital raising platform to track interactions, automate follow-ups, and support investor onboarding. • Collaborate with clients to develop strategic fundraising initiatives. • Maintain detailed records of investor communications and progress. What You Bring We’re seeking high-energy individuals with sales or BDR experience who want to grow into the world of capital markets and investor relations. • 2–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, client relations, or investor engagement. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you build trust fast and deliver clarity. • Interest or background in finance, private equity, venture capital, or real estate investing. • Consultative mindset: you’re focused on solutions and helping others succeed. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple investor conversations at once. • Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
