ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers focuses on designing prosthetic restorations for dental practices. The CAD Designer will use advanced technical skills and CAD software to create implant-based dental prosthetics, ensuring high standards for fit, function, and esthetics. Responsibilities Design full arch dental interim restorations following ClearChoice doctors’ prescriptions using 3Shape Digital Denture Design Software Understand scanned dentition models and import into CAD software Communicate by writing with ClearChoice doctors, labs, and center managers in a professional manner to gain clarification and direction for cases being digitally designed Support a positive culture within the National Dental Lab through respectful and appropriate working relationships Coordinate and participate in CAD process improvements Other responsibilities as assigned Skills Experience with 3Shape digital denture design software or ExoCAD is desired Understanding full arch restoration setups, processes, and terminology Knowledge of fundamental occlusal principles, schemes and classifications as they apply to the fabrication of various dental prostheses Ability to meet tight deadlines, while consistently producing quality restorations Excellent computer skills, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in dental anatomy and terminology Capacity to work with a large, distributed network and multiple doctors Ability to produce hundreds of designs per year in a quick paced environment Possess excellent administrative and organizational skills Qualified candidates should have knowledge of: Full arch hybrid restorations Complete dentures Overdentures Implant-based restorative techniques Basic knowledge of dental science, materials, anatomy and esthetics Microsoft-based systems (Outlook, Office 365) Ability to excel in a customer driven culture Benefits Medical Insurance Coverage Dental Insurance Coverage Vision Insurance Coverage Retirement Plan (401K) options Company Overview ClearChoice was founded on the principle that there had to be a better way to perform dental implant procedures.
