They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to engage decision-makers and book qualified meetings for the Director of Sales through outbound calls. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to dealership and commercial prospects Introduce Future Energy’s value proposition and qualify interest Book 15–30 minute virtual meetings directly on the Director of Sales’ calendar Log outreach activity and notes in Zoho CRM Follow up on unanswered leads with additional call attempts Participate in weekly coaching and skill development sessions Skills Comfort making outbound calls and engaging decision-makers Strong communication and organization skills Motivation to earn through performance-based compensation Sales, appointment setting, or cold calling experience preferred Interest in energy, automotive, or EV industries is a plus Company Overview AI- Driving Hiring Platform that develops job posts, analyzes candidates and runs AI-interviews to find the top talent for technical, sales and marketing roles.
