Position Overview: This role is focused on expanding DAX’s commercial healthcare staffing footprint, with an emphasis on hospitals and healthcare systems seeking locum tenens and temporary staffing solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare facilities in need of locum tenens staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Drive revenue growth by identifying potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities in the commercial healthcare market · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence · Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Hospitals and clinics · Understand client staffing needs and recommend appropriate locum tenens solutions · Close new client accounts and generate recurring staffing revenue · Expand revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling staffing solutions · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates · Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. · Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities · Represent DAX at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows as needed · Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our services · Track sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. • Proven track record of success in business development in the healthcare staffing industry. • Strong understanding of the locum tenens market and healthcare industry dynamics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals. • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. • Strong team player with self-motivation and comfortable in fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel as needed.
