This role will support Long-Term Services and Support (LTSS) - Medicaid programs for the long-term care population, including nursing home costs and other long-term care programs. This is an exciting opportunity that allows the Business Analyst consultant to: work with stakeholders, dig into their operational processes, understand the surrounding analytical needs and develop the analytics to support the team both strategically and operationally. The incumbent will be multifaceted with a strong analytical business process and technical background. This role will have a strong hands-on component. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Responsibilities • Lead data analysis projects for Home & Community supporting LTSS from initial requirement gathering to final analysis delivery • Consult with business partners to understand their analytical needs and create actionable reporting/analytics; digging into business processes and data as needed, to ensure a full understanding of results is understood • Manage large amount of data and create advanced datasets for reporting/analytics purposes using SQL Server/SAS/Python • Create complex, actionable, advanced prototype dashboards using Excel and BI Tools like Power BI/Tableau • Serve as SME/ Lead and set strategic direction concerning metrics and fields needed for our self-service environment Requirements • 5+ years of experience consulting with business stakeholders and senior leaders determining their analytics needs and goals • 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders and hands on experience creating reporting and analysis • 5+ years of experience SQL, SAS, PYTHON, R programming and/ or data manipulation • Proven data presentation skills by creating dashboards using BI tools like Power BI and/or Tableau • Advanced Excel skills including but not limited to VBA and Functions • Proven familiarity with Medicaid regulations and compliance standards Benefits • Comprehensive benefits package • Incentive and recognition programs • Equity stock purchase • 401k contribution Apply tot his job
