Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online + ADP Payroll)

The bookkeeper will be responsible for organizing and completing our QuickBooks clean-up, categorizing past transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. SUUVO uses ADP for payroll, so experience integrating ADP payroll reports into QuickBooks is required. This role includes an initial clean-up phase expected to take less than one year, followed by ongoing monthly maintenance. Responsibilities • Categorize historical transactions in QuickBooks Online • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, Stripe, PayPal, etc. • Ensure accurate ADP payroll integration with QuickBooks • Review, correct, and organize the Chart of Accounts • Maintain accurate, investor-ready financials • Provide monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Track expenses, receipts, and reimbursements • Support budgeting and forecasting • Maintain clear communication with SUUVO leadership Qualifications • 2+ years bookkeeping experience • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online • Experience with ADP payroll required • Experience with startups or technology companies a plus • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Strong communication skills Schedule & Hours • Clean-up phase: 10–20 hours per week • Ongoing maintenance: 5–10 hours per month Remote position with flexible hours.
