Bookkeeper (Quickbooks + Excel)
This is a remote position. Position Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper Schedule: • ~10 hours per week • Flexible working hours • Must be available from 2:00–4:00 PM US time for Zoom check-ins • No phone calls required About the Role: We are a growing consumer-product brand looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time assistant to support basic bookkeeping, financial maintenance, and light administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities: • Perform basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Excel • Handle accounts payable and receivable • Prepare invoices and assist with payroll • Complete account reconciliations and maintain financial records • Manage data entry for retailer and distributor forms • Update sell sheets, spec sheets, and customer information packages • Organize files and documents across distributors • Assist with email communication as needed • Support simple financial modeling tasks in Excel Qualifications: • Experience with QuickBooks and solid Excel skills • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes • Strong organization and attention to detail • Comfortable working with documents, forms, and data entry • Good written communication skills • Able to work independently and join Zoom calls during the required time window Independent Contractor Perks • Permanent work from home • Immediate hiring ZR_29582_JOB Apply tot his job
