Role Overview Kabuk is seeking a Japanese-speaking Travel Concierges to join our customer team. You’ll work directly with first-time travelers to Japan, helping design custom trips based on their preferences — then staying available as a point of contact while they travel. You’ll be part planner, part problem-solver, and part cultural guide, delivering Kabuk’s signature mix of personal attention and smooth coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Organize trip logistics and lodging (flights, hotels, stays). • Host video calls with customers to design personalized Japan itineraries • Provide tailored hotel and itinerary recommendations from Kabuk’s curated inventory • Offer guidance on seasonal highlights and first-time travel tips • Coordinate logistics with our Japan-based operations team • Embody Kabuk’s commitment to thoughtful, human-first support before and during travel Requirements: • Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken) • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Experience in travel booking or working as a travel agent (Japan travel specialization a plus) • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented • Flexible availability (initially part-time, expanding to full-time as demand grows) Growth Potential: • This role is designed to grow into a full-time position • Opportunity to become team lead or operations manager as we scale Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Experience: • living in Japan: 3 years (Required) • travel booking: 4 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
