The Role: Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experts. As a Customer Expert, you will be the frontline representative of our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions across various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media) in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of satisfaction, using your problem-solving skills and product knowledge. De-escalate tense situations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience. Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or specialized teams when necessary. Process customer requests, including payments and other transactions, in accordance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes. Provide feedback on customer concerns and suggestions to improve products and services. Achieve sales objectives as defined by the company, promoting relevant products and services to customers. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you must possess: Fluency in both Spanish and English (bilingual). A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). The ability to type at least 25 words per minute. Proven oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills and comfort with desktop systems. Logical problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong listening and negotiation skills. Preferred qualifications include: Previous call center experience. Sales experience. Familiarity with Windows operating systems. Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Work from Home Requirements To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, we require: A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps.
