About Our Customer Service Team Our customer service department plays a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience on our platform. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, engaging and delighting our broad variety of customers (sellers and buyers) by solving complex challenges and managing disputes and complaints. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer queries in a correct and timely manner via diverse channels, including chat, email, phone, and social media. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer support, finding fitting solutions to all problems in a patient and empathetic way. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to our sellers and buyers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Mediate between customers to find solutions that work for both parties, ensuring a positive experience for all. Work closely with our sales and expert teams to improve the overall customer experience and provide valuable feedback on possibilities for improvements in our services. Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide creative solutions. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, in French and English. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the growth of our business. Who We're Looking For We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service. You should have: Professional speaking and writing skills in French and English, with strong communication skills. Previous experience in a customer service environment or a customer-related role, such as hospitality, tourism, retail, or call centers. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly switch between various customer channels. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to resolving customer issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and public holidays. Availability to work 40 hours per week, with a willingness to commute to our Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week. What We Offer In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive annual gross base salary of €18,000-23,000, depending on your level, competencies, and overall experience.
