Bilingual - Associate, Sales & Customer Service (March)

BrokerLink is part of Intact Financial Corporation, and they are seeking a Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Associate to join their inbound call center team. The role involves advising customers on insurance products, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Play a key role in optimally protecting our customers' most valuable assets by advising them on appropriate insurance products, answering their product questions and guiding them through the next steps Analyze individual customer needs, promote and cross-sell personal insurance products and services Accept and efficiently process payment method changes, ensuring that customer accounts are updated in an accurate and timely manner Handle telephone and electronic inquiries from existing customers in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly Skills At least one year of customer service experience required; previous call center experience is preferred Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for customers and colleagues, and the ability to understand and empathize with others Tech-savvy abilities, with confidence in navigating various systems Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure You must be prepared to study for and pass the provincial insurance licensing exam with the support of our in-house training team Bilingual (French and English) - Need to process claims files from English-speaking clients on a regular basis No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada Previous experience in sales and customer loyalty is highly desirable Benefits Flexible work arrangements and a hybrid work model Possibility to purchase up to 5 extra days off per year Multiple benefits offered to support physical and mental wellbeing, including telemedicine, Wellness account and much more Share plan & other savings: up to 12% of salary or even more Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target Pension offerings provide flexibility and long-term security for our employees beyond their careers Company Overview BrokerLink is an insurance brokerage company that offers car, home, property, personal, and business insurance claims.
