Job Title: B2B Lead Generation Specialist – IT Support & Managed Services Job Description: We are an IT services company providing IT support, infrastructure management, and managed services to small and mid-sized businesses. We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help us generate qualified leads and meetings with decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Founders, COOs). Scope of Work: Build and manage targeted lead lists (company size, industry, location) Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, or similar B2B channels) Craft personalized outreach messaging for IT services Qualify leads and book meetings with decision-makers Continuously optimize outreach based on response and conversion data Requirements: Proven experience generating B2B leads for IT services, MSPs, SaaS, or technology companies Strong understanding of outbound lead generation (cold email, LinkedIn, or multi-channel) Ability to identify and target the right buyer personas Experience with CRM and outreach tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.) Clear communication and result-driven mindset Nice to Have: Experience selling or marketing IT support / managed services Familiarity with AI-assisted outreach tools Experience working with North American clients Success Metrics: Qualified leads generated Meetings booked Reply and conversion rates To Apply: Please share: Your experience with B2B lead generation (especially IT or tech) Tools you’ve used Past results or case studies (if available) Apply tot his job
