Responsibilities • Develop, refine, and evaluate alternatives for passenger terminal, airfield, and landside facilities. • Help shape programmatic requirements for major airports across the U.S. and beyond. • Support planning studies by preparing compelling reports, visuals, and presentations. • Assist with cost estimates, facility phasing, and implementation plans. • Collaborate with clients, sub-consultants, and stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life. • Provide on-site client support and contribute to design workshops and facility surveys. Requirements • A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Transportation Planning, or a related field. • Experience contributing to airport terminal planning, architecture, or infrastructure projects. • Knowledge of passenger flows, baggage operations, and the systems that keep airports moving. Nice-to-haves • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. • 3D modeling skills in SketchUp (or similar). • Graphic design experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Familiarity with PathPlanner or gate planning tools. • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project skills. • Knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars and IATA ADRM design criteria.
