Automation Specialist
Job Title: Automation Specialist Job Type: Part-Time, Remote (2 Months Project) Job Overview: We are looking for an Automation Specialist to support our operations by building, optimizing, and maintaining workflow automations that increase efficiency across various teams. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in automation platforms. This role focuses on creating automated processes, troubleshooting integrations, and improving system workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: 1. Develop, build, and maintain automations using tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), Google Workspace integration, or similar solutions 2. Utilize APIs to build advanced integrations, connect third-party platforms, and create custom automation workflows 3. Analyze existing workflows to identify automation opportunities and process improvements 4. Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure all automations operate reliably 5. Document automation logic, SOPs, and workflow maps for internal reference 6. Collaborate with internal teams to understand automation needs and translate them into working solutions 7. Monitor performance of all automations and implement timely updates, fixes, or enhancements 8. Assist with operational system organization, data flow optimization, and tool integrations 9. Use AI tools to streamline documentation, automate repetitive tasks, and support system improvements What You’ll Bring: 1. Proven experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable Automations, Google Workspace integrations, etc.) 2. Hands-on experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations 3. Ability to create, test, and troubleshoot API-based automations and data flows. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Ability to map out workflows and design efficient automated systems 6. Excellent documentation and organizational abilities 7.
