What You’ll Build • Lead Router Agent: multi‑channel intake → enrich → dedupe → score → route → SLA follow‑ups. • Sales/Estimator Copilot: proposal drafts, scope assembly, approval flows. • AR/Collections Agent: invoice nudges, dispute handling, payment links, CRM/QBO sync. • Bookkeeping Reconciler: categorization suggestions, variance checks, human handoffs. • Scheduler/Dispatch Agent: capacity‑aware scheduling, confirmations, change‑order alerts. Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain n8n workflows and custom n8n nodes (TypeScript). • Build Python microservices (FastAPI) with async tasks (Celery + Redis). • Implement vector‑backed memory/RAG (Postgres + pgvector), tool allowlists, and safety guardrails. • Integrate with Google/Microsoft, HubSpot, Jobber, QuickBooks; author robust adapters and retries. • Instrument with OpenTelemetry; ship dashboards/alerts (Prometheus/Grafana, Loki/Tempo) and exceptions (Sentry). • Write tests (pytest), docs, runbooks, and training materials. • Participate in code reviews and architectural design using LangGraph for agent orchestration. • Meet SLOs for reliability, latency, and cost per task; support post‑go‑live managed service. Must‑Have Qualifications • Expert n8n builder with published workflows or custom nodes. • Expert Python engineer (FastAPI, Pydantic, async I/O); strong testing discipline. • Proven integrations with at least two of: HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, Jobber, Procore, Buildertrend, Salesforce. • Production LLM experience (OpenAI), prompt safety, structured JSON outputs, cost/latency controls. • SQL mastery; Postgres schema design; queues (Celery) and caching patterns. • CI/CD (GitHub Actions), quality gates (ruff, mypy, bandit), IaC (Terraform basics), Docker. Nice to Have • LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen patterns; feature flags; multi‑tenant isolation. • AWS (ECS Fargate, RDS, ElastiCache, S3, Secrets Manager). • Data modeling for analytics (Power BI) and event sourcing.
