This is a remote position. Philippine-based (Filipino) Applicants Position Overview The Australian Mortgage Loan Processorplays a key role in assisting the Credit Team with end-to-end loan processing and file management. This includes conducting lender assessments, managing documentation, reviewing client financial information, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and proactive communication to support timely and accurate loan submissions and approvals. Key Responsibilities • Assist the credit team in managing client files and loan applications. • Conductlender serviceability assessmentsand requestinterest rate pricingandproperty valuationsas required. • Reviewpayslips and income documentationto accurately calculate serviceable income for loan applications. • Examinebank statementsto identify and flag any significant or irregular transactions that may impact credit assessments. • Ensure allclient documentsare complete, correctly filed, and organised; maintain a list of outstanding requirements for the Credit Manager. • Identify andflag potential credit risksor issues for further review. • Enter client data into theCRM systemandApply Online portalto build and submit loan applications to lenders. • Liaise with lenders tofollow up application statusesand coordinate with the credit team to address outstanding items for timely approvals. • Maintaincompliance standardsby uploading accurate and complete documentation to the CRM system. Requirements Qualification & Experience Criteria • Previous experience inAustralianloan processing is required. • Strong understanding oflending documentation, financial statements, and income verification. • Working knowledge ofthe following tools: • Apply Online, myCRM, Salesforce, CoreLogic • Excellentattention to detailand ability to identify discrepancies or potential risks. • Strongorganisational and time management skillswith the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously. • Effectiveverbal and written communication skillsto collaborate with team members and external stakeholders. • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in developing credit and loan processing skills. • Ability to workindependently with minimal supervisionwhile maintaining team alignment. Work Environment & Expectations While this is awork-from-homeposition, it is important to note that this is afull-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work afixed shiftand maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment. ✅ This role requires: • Discipline and commitmentto set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible) • Use oftime tracking softwareduring work hours • Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON • Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift • Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task ⏱Payroll is processed bi-monthly. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation • 10 days annual leave credits • 5 days of sick leave 5. HMO offered after 6-month probation6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days7. Annual Salary Review8.
