Mid-level Attorney – General Liability/Employment Litigation (remote flexibility from PA/NJ) Weber Gallagher has an immediate opening for an experienced attorney to join the General Liability group supporting our Philadelphia office. The individual will be responsible for handling a wide range of general liability litigation matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This position has remote flexibility, but the ideal candidate will be able to travel to the Philadelphia office when needed. The Successful Applicant Must • Have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Be an active member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars; required • Have two to five years of experience, preferably defending general liability claims • Have prior employment law experience; required • Have experience drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participating in arbitrations/trials • Have excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills. • Be willing to make occasional visits to the Philadelphia office, as needed, for client meetings, trial prep, etc. • Be willing and able to travel for court hearings and arbitrations in PA and NJ Weber Gallagher is a thriving and growing firm with more than 130 legal professionals in 13 locations.
