Attorney — Document Review (Securities Litigation)
Nationwide securities litigation boutique firm with offices in metropolitan Philadelphia and Cleveland is looking for a full-time document review attorney for a project expected to last several months and possibly longer. This full-time, hourly position involves comprehensive first- and second-level document review in complex securities matters. Key responsibilities include: • Analyzing and coding large document sets, including financial data, spreadsheets, emails, and other records, using established review protocols. • Working proficiently in e-discovery platforms such as Relativity. • Participating in regular team calls via Zoom. • Collaborating with attorneys and review teams to maintain accuracy, consistency, and meet strict production deadlines. Required Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar admission in any jurisdiction. • Minimum 3+ years of document review experience. • Proven proficiency with Relativity. • Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. • Prior document review experience in securities, banking, or financial services litigation. Preferred Qualifications: • Background in finance (e.g., undergraduate degree in finance/economics, MBA, or prior banking/financial industry roles).
