Develop, implement, and iterate on full-funnel campaign strategies, leveraging advanced bidding, segmentation, and creative testing to hit growth and efficiency goals (CPA, ROAS, LTV). Manage and refine product feeds for Meta and Pinterest, ensuring accurate data, up-to-date inventory, and optimal performance for shopping and dynamic ad placements. Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests across creative, copy, audience, and placements to improve performance and discover new opportunities. Partner with creative, merchandising, and integrated marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for performance and aligned with seasonal product launches and promotions. Stay ahead of trends in paid media, social commerce, and e-commerce ad tech; proactively recommend new platform tests, ad products, and growth tactics. Monitor, report on, and analyze performance using platform tools and internal dashboards, providing actionable insights to inform strategy and spend allocation. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in marketing, business, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in an e-commerce or DTC environment. Deep platform expertise across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other social platforms; strong understanding of social commerce trends and algorithm dynamics. Experience with Google and Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video) is a strong plus. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, campaign reporting tools, and performance analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) Proven success managing campaigns to CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate goals.
