The RolePresidio has an opportunity for a motivated, intelligent, and energetic individual to join our National PreSales team supporting our Vista customer base. As an Associate Solutions Architect, you'll serve as a strategic pre-sales engineering resource focused on Cisco, enabling security and network solutions from a market-leading technology provider. In this customer-facing role, you'll collaborate with customers, Account Managers, and fellow Solutions Architects to drive pipeline growth, deliver enablement, and help position innovative solutions. This is a remote position based in the United States with preference for candidates that live in the Central Time Zone. Responsibilities include: • Act as a technical resource for Cisco-based solutions in pre-sales engagements • Deliver solution overviews and enablement to internal teams and customers • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and support customer-facing efforts • Stay current with technology trends, products, and industry best practices through training, webinars, and collaboration with national practices • Develop accurate and complete Bill of Materials (BoMs), solution diagrams, and configuration support for strategic vendor technologies • Create Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Pricing Documents, and proposal materials to support Presidio's service offerings • Create costing options & estimates for Presidio services and product-based solutions • Create Solution diagrams, collect & analyze requirements data from customers, and perform other PreSales activities in support of engineering initiatives • Research technical issues, answer customer questions about products, technologies, solutions, and offerings from our OEM partners • Ensure quality and consistency of pre-sales deliverables by following standardized processes and workflows • Collaborate with other team members to provide solutions for Presidio's customers • Work in a focused and directed manner to improve overall productivity & efficiency across Presidio's PreSales team • Participate in meetings with customers and sales teams to collect technical requirements from Presidio customers and develop an appropriate technical solution • Assist in resolving pre-sales challenges and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction • Deliver client-facing status updates, presentations, and documentation throughout the sales cycle • Work collaboratively with Presidio, Cisco, and other key teams to drive opportunities • Assist in building and developing the Cisco sales pipeline by contributing to technical campaign support and go-to-market efforts Required Skills and Professional Experience • 2-4 years of relevant experience. • Strong passion for continuous learning, professional development, and emerging technologies • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field of study OR equivalent experience AND/OR military experience • Foundational knowledge in networking, firewall, or wireless technologies • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly • Proactive, self-driven mindset with a focus on customer success and collaboration Preferred Skills and Professional Experience • Experience with Infrastructure configurations, Statement of Works, and/or contracts in an IT Services industry • Participation or graduation from an industry or manufacturer training program for IT/PreSales engineers • Experience working with Cisco networking, firewall, or wireless solutions • Understanding of networking and cybersecurity architectures • Ability to create Cisco BOMs, sizing, and configurations aligned with customer requirements • Familiarity with Cisco's go-to-market messaging, tools, and partner ecosystem • Experience engaging with OEM partners in joint sales motions, particularly in networking, security, and wireless • Experience working in IT professional services, either for a manufacturer, value-added reseller (VAR), or IT solution provide Your future at PresidioJoining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers-thinkers, builders, and collaborators-who push the boundaries of what's possible.
