Associate, Retention & CRM
Job Description: • Execute customer communication campaigns across our email, push notification, and in-app message channels. • Collaborate with the senior team to design and execute promotional campaigns. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and report on actionable insights. • Drive experimentation through A/B testing to optimize campaign performance. • Regularly monitor CRM campaign execution, including during on-call hours as needed. • Learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, gaining hands-on experience in sports gaming retention. Requirements: • 1+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience (preferably in gaming, ecommerce or tech). • Experience with A/B testing, data analysis and campaign reporting. • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities. • Comfortable writing copy and basic HTML. • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn more about sports gaming retention strategies. • Even better if you have: • Experience with CRM platforms like Braze or Optimove. • Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker, Sigma, or similar.
