Job Summary We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Recruiter WFH to join our team. As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing candidates for the recruitment and placement of clinical and non-clinical staff to fill posted positions within HCA affiliated facilities or other organizations as directed. Key Responsibilities Sourcing Candidates: Primary function is to source candidates primarily via telephone for existing candidates within the database and new candidate development via cold calling utilizing other approved resources as directed to fill open positions for client hospitals and facilities. Candidate Profile Management: Maintain candidate profiles in database and update information as needed. Prequalification: Prequalify candidates for open positions by determining appropriate position requirements. Candidate Communication: Provide information to candidates on requirements of positions, market, location, and verify actual availability and level of interest of candidates for placement. Candidate Submission: Submit qualified candidates to recruiters for their review and approval. Follow-up: Follow up with the recruiters on pending candidates and maintain communication with candidate as needed. Hospital Support: Occasionally assist hospital with verifying status of candidates post-interview. Other Duties: Other duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; College Degree or coursework preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hospital staff. Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications: Recruitment Experience: Experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing. Certifications: Professional certifications in recruitment, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI.
