In your day to day, you will be responsible for: • Conduct audits across a wide range of industries, ensuring alignment with QMS (ISO 9001 and related) standards and client-specific requirements. • Prepare detailed and accurate assessment reports, presenting findings and recommendations to clients. • Provide clear and constructive feedback to ensure client understanding of audit results and necessary corrective actions. • Recommend the issuance, re-issuance, or withdrawal of certifications in accordance with BSI policies and within prescribed timelines. • Serve as the primary point of contact for nominated client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and promoting long-term relationships. • Collaborate with support teams to maintain accurate and current client records, reports, and documentation. To be successful in the role, you will have: • Proven experience conducting QMS audits (ISO 9001 essential; additional ISO standards a plus). • Recognized Lead Auditor qualification (e.g., IRCA certified or equivalent). • Strong understanding of management systems, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a client-facing role. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
