About oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation (PST) Our oneRTX: PST initiative aims to harmonize key business processes, tools, and metrics across RTX, deploying a common enterprise resource management platform – SAP's S4 HANA. This transformation will enable a common user experience, real-time visibility into critical data, and automation of manual tasks. As an Associate Director, SAP S4H Source to Pay Accounts Payable Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving this transformation within our Supply Chain process and systems related to Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, and Disbursements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support long lead time projects, priority initiatives, and blueprinting phases, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Partner with other leads to ensure a common, consistent process and adherence to project change controls, policies, and regulations. Monitor S2P design compliance to RTX and BU policies, FAR/DFAR requirements, and validate claims that design requests are necessary due to contract compliance. Participate in pathfinder/proof of concept activities, using key design decisions to drive dependent activities. Assist in defining the business value and use cases associated with the ERP program and define the execution strategy (roadmap) to achieve the value. Manage projects, ensuring on-time schedules, budgets, and technical requirements are met, while providing technical, business, and AP guidance to the S2P project team. Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, business partners, and travel ~25-50% as required. Essential Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, and 12 years of relevant work experience (or 10 years with an Advanced Degree). Experience leading large, complex Aerospace and Defense enterprise projects, preferably with SAP implementations. Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP, and their impact on business processes. S2P Workstream Knowledge: Sourcing, Procurement, Contracting, and Vendor Management. Experience working with cross-functional/cross-business unit teams on high-visibility projects with strong business acumen. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and external third parties, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Extensive Accounts Payable experience, mastery of Invoice Processing and Disbursements, and understanding of Vendor Master, procurement processes, and SAP interface functionality. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other analytical tools. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements. Organizational Agility: Experience working with a large, complex business environment with multiple landscapes, cultures, and customers. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and develop solutions in response to change-related challenges. Innovation: Experience navigating through ambiguity, leveraging critical thinking skills and creativity to address challenges with innovative solutions. Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies, particularly agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects. Business Tools: Experience with MS Application Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and other applicable business software.
