Associate Director, DevSecOps Lead (remote)
About the position Responsibilities • Architect, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines. • Select, configure, and integrate tools to enhance software development flow. • Work closely with the Enterprise Digital Product Life Cycle (DPLC) Program Leadership team. • Provide DevSecOps implementation expertise to assist the Strategic Business Units' embedded project teams. • Enable development teams to automate artifact generation and effectively manage product lifecycles. • Create and define the content for a DPLC Learning Path focused on DevSecOps practices. • Drive behavioral and test-driven development practices. • Design, develop, and maintain DevSecOps Low Level Design in conjunction with the Enterprise Architects. • Ensure that the Architecture is aligned with the Use Cases of the Strategic Business Units. Requirements • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience. • 5+ years setting up, managing, and leveraging DevSecOps software factory/tools pipelines for embedded software products. • 5+ years experience with Virtualization, Containerization, Cloud Strategy, Security, CI/CD, Test Automation, Deployment and Release strategies. • Experience with Safety Critical Software Development, Infrastructure as Code, Performance Monitoring. Nice-to-haves • 5+ years of experience in Embedded Product Software Environment with aerospace certification DO178, DO330/331 or equivalent. • Agile Methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle. • Experience with software process tools like Polarion ALM Tools Suite, Gitlab, VSCode, Eclipse, Jenkins, Matlab, Polyspace, Coverity, Artifactory, Rapita, Robot Framework, Grafana. • Familiar with Systems Administration. • Knowledgeable in API Integration.
