About the Role In this role, you will: Work on high-impact projects that help Swedish companies grow in the world's largest economy in the world, while learning directly from senior consultants and industry experts. Create and present compelling, data-driven presentations and reports (e.g. PPT, Excel) that support decision-making for senior executives and stakeholders, gaining early exposure to executive decision-making processes. Enjoy diverse projects across multiple industries (market entry analysis & strategy, green-transition & sustainability, partner search, industry event management, and more!) Engage in Business Sweden's export promotion initiatives by planning and participating in trade delegations, industry events, and networking activities that strengthen Swedish business presence internationally. Be part of an international, mission-driven team where you collaborate across markets, solve real business challenges, and contribute to Sweden's global business success. Work within industry-focused teams to gain industry knowledge, shape industry-specific business promotion initiatives and tailored advisory services to Swedish companies. Requirements • Strong communication & presentation skills. • Resourceful problem solver, with a demonstrated ability to independently seek out information, especially when navigating new challenges. • Naturally seeks opportunities to make workflows more efficient. • Self-motivated, accountable, and dependable team player. • Service-minded with a positive "can-do attitude". • Ability to stay organized while handling multiple workstreams and priorities. • 0-2 years of internship or work experience (consulting or professional services firm). • Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to integrate AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) into workflows to analyze data, evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, generate insights, and enhance client deliverables. Nice-to-haves • No experience is necessary, however, 1-2 years experience from management consulting or other professional services related work is an advantage. • Advanced experience in AI workflows - such as automating routine tasks. • Knowledge of the Nordics, and proficiency in a Scandinavian language • Experience from working with relevant industries such as AI, Tech, Mobility, Life Science and Energy.
