About the position The Associate Client Relationship Consultant role within the Group Benefits team is designed for individuals who excel in relationship building and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position involves marketing various group benefit solutions, enhancing local brand presence, and managing client relationships to ensure retention and growth. The role offers a pathway for career advancement while contributing to the mission of making financial security accessible to all. Responsibilities • Efficiently market Group Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, and Critical Illness solutions through financial advisors for employer groups. • Enhance networks and relationships through active participation in associations and industry events. • Grow and retain a block of group clients through expert renewal analysis and negotiation. • Collaboratively sell additional products and services, and assist brokers and employer groups with service issues. Requirements • BS or BA degree or 8 years of equivalent experience. • 0+ years of professional experience. • Insurance Licensing required based on state/federal laws and/or company policy. • Excellent persuasion, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, presentation, listening, oral and written communication skills. • Advanced math skills with basic skills related to graphs, symbols, equations, etc. • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
