This includes driving timely outcomes and client value through data and analytics, building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and identifying new opportunities for blithequark to drive value. You will work closely with our clients to set objectives that drive business impact and maximum client value, and will leverage your industry knowledge to conduct advanced issue-based analyses with clear proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations. **Responsibilities** * Partner with clients to set objectives that drive business impact and maximum client value, building and maintaining strong relationships and deep expertise with adaptability, urgency, and positivity * Understand and leverage blithequark solutions and apply industry knowledge to conduct advanced issue-based analyses with clear proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations * Drive strategic thought leadership with clients leveraging blithequark tools and assets * Identify opportunities for increased partnership and elevate those opportunities to organizational partners * Facilitate clear day-to-day communications with clients, proving the value of blithequark solutions in support of growth, adoption, and value creation * Ensure on-time delivery of solutions to achieve forecasted revenue on-time * Identify potential revenue opportunities with clients and handoff to Account Developers to enable them to achieve sales goals * Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure work is connected to client business objectives, delivered on-time, and focused on outcome * Lead client presentations with proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations * Ensure client stakeholders buy into outcomes and value blithequark is delivering to them * Partner with Client Delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of monthly data and reporting * Understand client structure and organization * Determine ROI of blithequark recommendations and solutions * Develop a consultative approach to client business issues, understanding the industry and what issues a client is facing **Qualifications** * College/University Undergraduate or master's degree * Prior experience with blithequark solutions * Collaborating with teams and working in a matrixed environment * Time management & prioritization * Experience working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office * Proficiency in BI Tools a plus (PowerBI, Tableau) * Demonstrated strength in data analysis & working with Syndicated, Panel, POS data highly preferred (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, Numerator to name a few) * 2-3 years of CPG/Retail industry experience preferred **What We Offer** * Flexible working environment * Volunteer time off * LinkedIn Learning * Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) * Opportunities for career growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package **Why Join Us?** At blithequark, we are committed to reflecting the diversity of our clients, communities, and markets within our own workforce.
