Job Responsibilities As an Assistant Math Learning Center Director, you'll play a multifaceted role, contributing to the success of our students, team members, and center. Your key responsibilities will include: Student Assessments and Learning Plans: Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing personalized learning plans. Sales and Enrollment: Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads, enrolling students, and building relationships with families. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating student progress and building trust with families. Team Leadership: Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting. Student Progress Management: Monitor and manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions. Mentorship and Training: Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff. Teaching and Tutoring: Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices. Digital Literacy: Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes. Safe Learning Environment: Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment. Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as an Assistant Math Learning Center Director, you'll need: Passion for Math: A genuine passion for math and a desire to share that enthusiasm with students. Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage multiple responsibilities. Eagerness to Learn: A willingness to learn and be trained on our curriculum, sales, and management best practices. Math Competency: Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I. Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, including digital educational materials and processes. Background Check and Math Literacy Test: All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
