About Us: Sacred Healing Lights International (SacredHLI) is a faith-based nonprofit serving communities through two divisions: Walkaway Real Estate and SacredHLI Health. Our Health Division provides telehealth mental health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) recovery services to Medi-Cal eligible clients in Kern & Fresno Counties at launch and gradually across California. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) to support program leadership, supervise clinical associates, and ensure quality delivery of telehealth behavioral health services. This is a mission-aligned leadership role ideal for a seasoned therapist who thrives on mentorship, structure, and integrity. Key Responsibilities: • Provide weekly clinical supervision to associate therapists and counselors. • Oversee treatment planning, documentation review, and compliance with Medi-Cal and managed-care standards. • Collaborate with the Clinical Director, Program Director, and Billing & Admin Director on program quality, reporting, and audits. • Conduct limited direct telehealth sessions as needed to maintain client care continuity. • Participate in SacredHLI training and credentialing through the AZZLY Rize platform. Qualifications: • Active California LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist license (in good standing). • 3–10 years of post-licensure experience providing or supervising behavioral health services. • Prior supervisory or program-lead experience strongly preferred. • Excellent documentation and organizational skills within an EHR environment. • Commitment to SacredHLI’s spiritually grounded mission of compassionate community care. Pre-Assignment Requirements: All selected ACDs must complete: • Reference and professional background checks. • Drug screening prior to onboarding. • EHR training and credentialing setup on AZZLY Rize. • Alignment with SacredHLI’s clinical and ethical practice guidelines. Compensation & Contract Terms: • $6,250/month (1099 contractor). • Telehealth and administrative flexibility. • No billing responsibilities — SacredHLI manages payer relations. • Opportunity to advance to County Clinical Director as expansion continues.
