The Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) Division consists of several disciplines, with the primary objective of influencing hardware and systems early in their life cycle to ensure effective operation, reliability, maintainability, and economical ownership for the customer and end user. LCE is seeking an Asset Manager to track, maintain the status of, and properly dispose of government property assets for multiple radar contracts based in McKinney, TX. What You Will Do • Lead efforts for the disposition of property per contract to include GFE, GFM, and CAP (contract acquired property) • Work with Program Contracts, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Government Property, and Operations to correctly categorize, assign proper custodians, status and track material; includes final disposition of material utilizing Raytheon approved systems per contract across the product lifecycle • Help define the Asset Management process/procedures for the MFRFS Product Line with roles/responsibilities assigned to various programs and team members • Support closure of Gate 4, 5 & 11 Program Property management actions. • Support internal and external audits as required- Report loss and root cause/corrective action reporting for unaccounted assets • Assign and maintain asset custodian list- Create and submit GFX documentation to the customer- Provide program guidance and support of unique asset management contractual requirements as outlined in EI 35-36 • Able to travel within the U.S. Qualifications You Must Have • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience. • Experience with Supply Chain, Logistics, or Property/Asset Management. • Experience in the Aerospace and/or Defense industry with government contracts, Physical Inventory, Records, Utilization, Disposition, Storage, Contractor Self-Assessment, Audits, and/or SCM. Qualifications We Prefer • Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power point, etc.) • Familiar with Uniform Property System (UPS) or equivalent for tracking internal property. • SAP (APEX/PRISM) Experience • Ability to prioritize competing tasks to complete assignments with minimal supervision to no supervision • Sound leadership, problem solving and critical thinking skills, ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complex tasks and projects • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, DoD regulations • Six Sigma certification • Secret, SSBI with Poly or ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance What We Offer • Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
