Architecture Manager Assistant
RemoteVA PH is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architecture Manager Assistant to support an architecture manager in daily administrative and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience , be proficient in CAD, Excel, and ClickUp , and possess strong knowledge of USA architectural structures . Key Responsibilities: ✅ Email Management – Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the manager ✅ Task Coordination – Open, track, and manage tasks in ClickUp , ensuring timely completion ✅ Architectural Support – Assist in reviewing, organizing, and managing CAD drawings ✅ Project Documentation – Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for project tracking ✅ USA Structure Knowledge – Understand and apply USA architectural concepts when handling communications and tasks ✅ Client & Team Coordination – Facilitate smooth communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams Requirements ✔️ 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in architecture or construction ✔️ Strong knowledge of USA architectural structures and industry standards ✔️ Fluent in English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions ✔️ Proficiency in CAD software, Excel, and ClickUp ✔️ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive ✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Benefits Working Schedule Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (10pm-6am PH Time) -Work from home - Salary USD 700 Send your CV and portfolio to: [email protected] Originally posted on Himalayas
