Job Description: Data Migration Expert - Lease Servicing Domain - Lead Remote Rate : $95/hr. Responsibilities Detail-oriented and results-driven Lease Data Migration Expert who has proven record in successfully managing and executing complex Lease Servicing data migration projects. Skilled in analyzing, cleansing, and transforming lease data to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process. Proven track record of meeting project deadlines, achieving data accuracy targets, and delivering exceptional results. Led end-to-end lease servicing data migration projects, including data analysis, mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation, ensuring seamless transition to new systems or platforms. Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Business, IT, legal, finance, and operations, to gather requirements, define migration scope, and develop migration strategy plans in alignment with business objectives. Identified and resolved data quality issues, discrepancies, and inconsistencies during migration, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process. Developed and implemented data migration strategies, methodologies, and best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize risks. Provided training and support to end-users on accessing and utilizing migrated lease data, facilitating smooth transition and adoption of new systems. Documented migration processes, procedures, and lessons learned to contribute to organizational knowledge and continuous improvement efforts. Successfully migrated large volume of lease data records within stipulated timeframe, meeting project deadlines, quality expectations and budget constraints. Achieved maximum data accuracy in the migrated data, exceeding established quality metrics and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
