Archer is growing fast and we're scaling our Legal team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We're looking for someone with a growth mindset and pragmatic insight to help us build for the future. Responsibilities • Draft, review, revise and negotiate a wide variety of customer and partner agreements including licensing SaaS, professional services, support, DPAs, BAAs, & the like, NDAs, amendments, and other agreements with the support of our playbooks and the legal team. • Provide contractual guidance to internal clients. • Continuously streamline, scale and drive greatness in Archer's contract operations as Archer grows by using software tools, new and improved processes, templates and guides, intellect, and out-of-the-box thinking. • Perform other tasks as assigned.
