Responsibilities Maintain and develop new documentation tools such as flow sheet, smart sets, and notes Assist with answering tickets in EPIC work queues Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions Assist with work queues within EPIC Skills Active certification in EPIC Ambulatory required Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design Ability to work in a high volume environment with limited supervision Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions Proficiency in configuring and scaling systems to support business goals Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, and others Company Overview The people of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) are united by a singular mission: ending cancer for life.
