You’ll be a trusted source of information and recommendations. • Guided Discovery: Employ your strong communication skills to guide customers through product demonstrations, showcasing key features and benefits tailored to their individual requirements. • Sales & Solutions: Effectively present product solutions that meet customer needs, confidently assisting with purchase decisions and providing relevant add-ons. • Product Setup & Support: Assist customers with setting up new devices, troubleshooting basic issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure a seamless ownership experience. • Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the overall aesthetic and appeal of the store by assisting with product displays, ensuring a visually engaging and informative environment. • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow specialists and store team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and supportive work environment. • Stay Informed: Continuously learn about new Apple products, services, and initiatives through ongoing training and self-study. • Process Excellence: Adhere to Apple's high standards for customer service, sales processes, and store operations. • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tasks as needed, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed.
