JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY This role leads and coordinates the design, implementation, and management of a robust company-wide antitrust compliance program. This role will be a key member of the Enterprise Risk function, directly engaging with executive and senior leadership, and ensuring alignment with U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance, as well as global regulatory standards, applicable laws and settlement agreements..JOB DESCRIPTION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Own and drive the firm's end-to-end antitrust programs. • Design, develop, deliver, and maintain the global antitrust compliance program including training, monitoring, and auditing. • Provide guidance on compliance regulations and contracts related to engagement-related legal and reputational issues. • Identify best practices to address compliance and professional issues impacting the company's business. • Monitor adherence to the company’s Antitrust Policy and maintain up-to-date knowledge on key regulatory changes and industry trends. • Provide ongoing advice to the company on new business initiatives and potential red flags regarding antitrust policies. • Lead and participate in company’s antitrust-related compliance strategy initiatives and develop KPIs. BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 10+ years in legal and compliance, with a major law firm and in a large, global organization. • Minimum of 5+ years in driving regulatory compliance programs (for example ABAC and AML) with specific expertise in antitrust requirements. • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or certifications preferred (e.g. JD). • Highly collaborative instincts with the ability to manage cross-functional projects. • Experience in working and leading highly dynamic, cross-functional, and global teams. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Team members work in an office or remote work environment. No special physical demands are required. • Rare or occasional travel may be required to attend business meetings, training programs, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Additional Compensation: Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
