Prudential is a leading financial services institution seeking a sales professional for their Annuities division. The Inbound Sales Consultant will engage with financial professionals to address their needs and enhance their business relationships with Prudential. Responsibilities Field daily phone calls, respond to emails, and routinely solve financial advisor needs as they arise Deliver detailed responses to inquiries about Prudential product features, performance data, hypothetical illustrations, and requests for literature Provide back-up coverage to Internal Wholesalers and their territories as needed Reactively engage existing or prospective financial professionals in creative opportunities daily, using consultative selling techniques and by continuously educating about Prudential solutions Receive immediate training, as well as ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced members of the sales team in order to equip yourself with the meaningful sales and leadership skills necessary for success in this role Focus on personal talent advancement to prepare for opportunities to become an Internal Wholesaler Skills SIE, FINRA Series 6 (or 7) and 63 REQUIRED If not currently licensed, see Annuities Sales Associate position Ability to pass State Insurance license within 60 days Prior Sales experience, preferably with Annuities Knowledge of Annuities concepts or the retirement industry Self-motivated and team-focused Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexibility, resourcefulness, tactfulness, and a desire to continuously improve Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Benefits Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
