They are seeking a motivated Program Support Analyst to assist supervisors and managers with complex analytical assignments, including legislation and business process improvements, while adapting to frequent workload changes. Responsibilities Assist the supervisors and managers within the Document and Information Management Center with more complex analytical assignments including legislation, training, procedures, testing, workload management reports, and business process improvement efforts Be flexible and adaptable to frequent workload changes based on organizational workload priorities Support the EDD's mission, vision, values, and business priorities with strong organizational and communication abilities Skills Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov.
