Ovative Group is an independent, full-funnel media, measurement, and creative firm. They are seeking an Analyst for Digital Marketing & Measurement to perform data analysis and manage media programs for clients, while also gaining experience across various practice areas. Responsibilities Actively work towards creating competence in a specific Ovative subject matter (e.g. media, measurement, strategy) Hands-on digital media planning, execution, and optimization. Examples may include: A/b testing Landing page testing recommendations On-page & Off-page optimization Weekly and monthly reporting Budget and goal pacing Creative builds, testing & optimization Audience creation & optimization Promotion support Heavy data analysis, reporting & insights of digital media performance Cross-channel campaign planning, strategy, plan documentation, execution and optimization Execute discrete pieces of analyses using analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau) Translate analyses into clearly communicated insights via slides/documents/emails to the client Manage work independently with initial direction from manager Regularly speak up, ask questions and express your POV Seek to understand the client’s business/industry and understand how their work connects to the broader project and client goals Strive to be the best interaction of the client’s day Support in the development of client facing solutions and deliverables, including PowerPoint pitches and competitive/landscape audits Skills Ability to think critically, break down problems, and propose solutions (through academic projects, internships, volunteer, or work experiences) Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to share ideas effectively in group projects, presentations, or customer-facing interactions Consistently produces accurate, thorough, and organized work Able to work well with others and manage interactions with peers, instructors, teammates, or external stakeholders in a respectful, professional manner Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks or projects and complete them with limited supervision Examples of leadership, initiative, or ownership in academic, extracurricular, or work settings Familiarity with basic tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar software Benefits Generous paid vacation policy 401k match program Top-notch health insurance options, inclusive of same sex partners Family formation benefits including reimbursement options for fertility, pregnancy, and parenting needs Monthly stipend for your mobile phone and data plan Sabbatical program Charitable giving via our time and a financial match program Shenanigan’s Day Company Overview Digital strategy consultants serving the retail and consumer packaged goods industry It was founded in 2009, and is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
